'Happy Summer Memories" by Rachel Dutko

Hi everyone

Today I have a bright and fun page to share
using the "Good Vibes Only" collection.

I used a piece of 12x12 'Sea + Me' paper for my base.
I created some layers under my photos with some Everyday Etc filler cards.

I matted the 'Happy' and 'Memories' pieces from the Die Cut Bits & Bobs pack,
as well as fussy cut the word 'Summer' from an Everyday Etc card.

I added some Wood Veneer pieces and some Stickers
I also added a flair and fussy cut an icypole from an everyday etc card.

I finished off with some enamel dots.

Check out the full kit of this fun collection here.

Thanks for looking

You Rock - Allara Bamforth

Hello!

I'm up on the blog again today with a mish mash of fabulous Flutterby Goodies for a page I created with a photo from a recent concert I attended at Roche Estate in the Hunter Valley to see the band LIVE . It was their renuion tour and I have seen them plenty of times over the last 20 years and they were still fantastic as ever. The rain didn't dampen our spirits - especially after a couple of Canadian Clubs :) I love this photo of my brother, husband and son in their rain ponchos (they look like Teletubbies).

Products I have used in this layout from Flutterby Designs and the link to them are as follows:

Song for Another Time Stencil
Flutter Colur Paint - Bahama Blue and Aquamarine Dream
We Run the World 12x12 Paper - Beyonce
Everyday Etc Filler Cards - Flawsome
X-treme Teen Tickets
Flawsome Die-cuts Bibs and Bobs
Flawsome page tabs
Wood Veneer Bits
Blackboard Sticky Quick Quotes

Thanks for stopping by the blog. Make sure you stop by the shop and stock up on some fabulous goodies.

Till next post,

Allara xx

Cool as Bro, with Ros Madley

I've just had another play with this awesome Xtreme Teen collection.  It's so cool and I love that I can use a few different 'age stages' photos, and they still match in perfectly with this set.

I started my background with a stencil and some embossing powder.  I love this technique cause it gives a nice raised texture to the background.

I have cut up one of the Everday Etc cards to make a repetitive line down the page.  Some of them have been outlined in black, others haven't :) that's cause I forgot some.  I also outlined the wood bit with a black to help it pop off the page.

I've layered up lots of other pieces for my photo stack.  A page tab, some cards, bits and bobs, sticky quotes and a flair button.

Hope you've been inspired ♥

"S&E" - Sharmaine Kruijver

Hello Fluttery people.
Hope you are surviving and thriving in the lead up to Christmas.
This is my last design team post here at Flutterby Designs.
I have loved being able to share my Flutter creations with you.

For this page I used my all time favourite Flutterby products.

And enamel dots.
Through in a wood bit and some Everyday ETC cards...
It's enough to make me go yum!

I wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a splendid New Year.
Stay safe and may the creative time be plentiful.

"Nuts About Donuts" by Sharmaine Kruijver

'ello everyone.
Hope you are finding some creative time in the festiveness of December.
I've kept it simple for this page and let the story shine.

A little play with a stencil and Flutterby paint

Opting for flair instead of an alpha.

Jazzing up a wood bit (hopefully it looks a little dough-nutty!?)

Simple serves me best when things are hectic.
How about you??

November Guest Designer - Natalie May 'Mini Album'

'Mini Album'

The 'Mad About You' Everyday Etc cards were perfect for showing off a heap of photos Natalie had from the cruise that she went on earlier this year so she decided a mini album was in order!
Starting with some white cardstock cut to various sizes, she created textured backgrounds using Gel Medium and Texture paste and a variety of Flutterby Stencils. Once they were dry, the Lindys Stamp Gang colours were added leaving the stencil images standing out on the backgrounds. Add a little stamping … a few punched out words, some vellum, acetate and the 'Mad About You' Everyday Etc cards and you have a bright little album!  The use of the stencils gives each page an individual look and keeps the focus on the photos!  The veneer hearts take on the colour of the Magicals beautifully and are the perfect finish for the pages
For the cover of the album, Nat filled the Sticky Notes packaging with gold pebbles and created a ‘shaker’ behind the Polaroid frame … too easy!

A MASSIVE thank you to Natalie for
Guest Designing this month xox

"Awesome Everyday" by Sharmaine Kruijver

Hi FlutterHeads!
Have you been browsing the Flutterby Shop?
Checked out the new releases?
I could have devoured a whole packet of the new GORGEOUS die cuts.
But instead I was restrained and used just a few to create this page.

I also used a mini stencil to create my background.

Added a flair and some wood bits.

And (as always) some enamel dots.

Hope you all have a wonderful (and creative) weekend

"Beautiful Book Worm" by Sharmaine Kruijver

I love it when a plan comes together,
Don't you?
I've been hoarding the very cool book flair
And waiting to create this page of our book worm.

I used the new mini stencils with some coloured texture paste

Added some older Flutterby products
To some new
(Neon enamel dots and Everyday Etc Cards)

And even found the perfect Flutterby Quote Sticker to add to the page.

Yep #happy indeed!!

So pull out your stash,
Find the thing you've been hoarding
And create something today.

JULY GUEST DESIGNER - FIONA JOHNSTONE 'ADVENTURE'

Fiona is back with her last share. It has been
wonderful having her on board & playing along with us :)

'ADVENTURE'

"I recently purchased the Flutter Colour paints
and the colours were perfect for my photo of the carousel horses at Brighton Pier and a perfect chance to play
with them. I’ve added some stars with the Stargazed
stencil and some gold flecks to create my background.
I used some everyday cards for background on this layout and then added several pieces of wood veneer.
I love it natural but though a few pieces needed a bit of colour added to co-ordinate the colours in my page so have painted a few of them with some Flutter Colour Paint.

"Hello Fifteen"- Sharmaine Kruijver

Do you have months of birthdays, one after another, in your family?
We are almost to the end of a run of birthdays here
so you have to suffer another birthday layout from me!!

Created using a mix of the Flutter Colour Paint, "Aquamarine Dream" and "Stormy Grey",
some texture paste and the star stencil.

I then layered up some Everyday Etc Cards, coloured a wood bit
and added some flair and enamel dots.

I also cut out a tiny camera, from an Everyday Etc Card,
and coloured it with some water colour paint.

Hope you have a creative weekend
