Good morning my lovely friends!
I have been away for 2 weeks and I
was getting a rash because I was missing my creative time.. So now I am
so excited to share my page using some of Flutterbys exciting little
pieces.
This page come together so easy and Im happy withe the way it looks in the end.
I
have not really used these little cut outs but OMG look how stunning
this LOVE word looks on this wood grain paper. I love it.. I think I am
now addicted to them. All of a sudden you have just about created a
pocket lol.. as you can see I made it my Week 38 title page and just
added a little embellishment … So easy and very effective.
I will be
ordering more of these little beauties.
Because I have used
Flutterbys 6x4 EVERYDAY CAPTURED card this has dominated my page with
bright colour. I dont always used brights… like primary brights.. but
had a stack of fun letting go to do this. I just love the background
design of this card. Funky and fun even for me and I have used it for
MY photos.. and not my 11 yr old son… lol.. And once again I have
always got to add a little of something as I struggle to do simple.. but
simple it is even with 2 little wood veneer stars. I have left 1 raw
and inked up one using nice bright red ink.
WEEK 38
In
my Capture Life card with my sick little man on his bed I have used the
cute little flair YOU.. Perfect for this photo. I thick every page need a
flair or two. Im addicted to these little beauties too.. Ummm.. yes I
have several addictions.. they re just so sweet and I could sprinkle
them over my breaky and eat them if I could. I love this little cloud
flair also. If you think..mmm the clouds dont match my photo as it has
nothing to do with the sky.. well you may be quite wrong.. These flairs
just add cuteness in a bottle to your page and I love dimension.. So I
used them willy nilly. Remember there are no rules in Project Life or
Scrapping.. You do as you please. If it looks good… stick it.. thats my
theory.
WEEK 39
On that note.. have a fantastic week..
I am exited for the weekend as I am flying far far north to see my
girl. I have only seen her once the year which is the saddest thing..
so I have booked a week with her and have lots of exciting things
planned. Plus I cant wait to have a day with the gorgeous Jodi Beer and
Helen Smith.. these girls are the best.. Nothing like true friendships..
even if we are miles apart.
